Great, the Amish Made Swing came quickly. It is pretty and very comfortable. I am taking off a star because a necessary special bit was not included in the hardware kit. I emailed the address on the instruction sheet to get some help, but the email came back. My husband found a bit at Marvins Hardware 20 miles from our home. There were a lot more nuts than we needed in the hardware kit.

Great swing, great service

I love sitting on my swing out front! It's well made, comfortable, and so pretty. I did have some trouble with the assembly, as one of the swing's internal hardware pieces was fitted slightly askew. When I emailed about it, their support team got back to me very quickly ready to help. I did manage to make some adjustments and put it together on my own, but I appreciated they were so quick to respond and help.
