Swing is amazing, beautiful craftsmanship. Unfortunately during shipping one of the forward most planks developed a crack near a screw. I sent a picture and inquiry to the company and sort of forgot about it. A week or so later a long tube comes in the mail with a brand new plank and even the drill bit to remove the screws and replace it. I never, ever leave reviews but the experience with this company forced my hand due to how great they are. Thank you!

Shipping was quick. Product arrived undamaged. Assembly was straight forward and simple. I really love this swing and have spent several hours on it already. I have absolutely no complaints. One thing to note, I did have to do some light sanding in order to get the console to close full. This was simply due to how humid it was in my area and the wood apparently swole a wee bit. Happy with the swing for the most part. One of the slats was broken, company replaced quickly. Also ordered the stand for the swing. After speaking with a rep, I purchased the recommended stand only to find out after assembly that it was not the correct size. I contacted the company, but their response was to offer a couple of unsatisfactory alternatives--none of which would have worked. They eventually refunded $100 (of a $479 stand)...not super happy with that result but it is what it is. Honestly, at $479, the stand IMO was way overpriced to begin with. Other than that, the swing is good quality and while I am happy with the swing, I would say be sure you research carefully if you need a stand for the swing!
