East Green Outdoor Furniture Limited Residential Warranty

At East Green, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our outdoor living collection. This Limited Residential Warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and maintenance.

Warranty Coverage Summary

• Poly Composite Lumber (10-Year Limited Warranty): Warranted by East Green for ten (10) years from the date of purchase against structural failure, splintering, rotting, cracking, peeling, chipping, or severe degradation caused by normal outdoor exposure.

• All Other Materials & Components (2-Year Limited Warranty): All other East Green products and components, including cushions, outdoor fabrics, metal frames, powder-coated finishes, hardware, woven materials, and moving parts are warranted for two (2) years from the date of purchase against original manufacturing defects.

Discontinued Items & Replacement Terms

If an East Green product, component, or finish covered by this warranty is determined to be defective but is no longer manufactured or in stock, East Green will replace it with a comparable product of equal value, quality, and functionality. If no equal replacement is available, East Green will issue store credit equal to the original purchase price of the defective item.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty covers residential use only and does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear, minor color fading from sunlight exposure, or natural weathering of finishes.

• Damage caused by improper assembly, post-purchase alterations, abuse, neglect, or lack of reasonable care.

• Exposure to extreme weather events (such as hail, hurricanes, or tornadoes), fire, or harsh chemical cleaners.

• Products used for commercial, industrial, rental, or institutional purposes.

How to File a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact The Porch Swing Company Customer Service team with the following:

• Proof of purchase (order number, sales receipt, or original invoice).

• Clear photographs illustrating the reported defect and an overall photo of the product.

• A brief description of the issue.

Once your claim is evaluated and approved, East Green will provide replacement parts, repair the item, or issue a full replacement at our discretion.
