Standard 30-Day Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell and offer a Standard Return Policy on eligible products. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of original delivery, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding a 20% restocking fee (20% of the purchase price). All of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund. All product(s) must be returned in new and unused condition. In the event a product is returned that is not in new and unused condition, or is shown on the ineligible product list below, additional charges may be applied or may make your product(s) nonreturnable. Return Requests made more than 30-days after original delivery may not be granted.
Many of our products are made-to-order, and some of these custom items are not eligible for return due to the highly custom nature of the product. You are able to view the products below that are not eligible for return once the fabrication process and/or shipment have occurred.

- Any product that is not in a resalable condition.
- Any product not accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by ThePorchSwingCompany.com.
