Disappointing
The wood is lightweight and not sturdy, must be pine. When we think of Amish products we think sturdy and heavy. One slat broke during shipping, probably because packaging was totally insufficient. No pre-drilled holes in places where base boards get attached, making that awkward. Instructions could be more clear about some elements, better images etc. Paid extra for damage insurance and the new slat is being sent but its value is less than insurance cost. Would not order from this company again.

LOVE this!
It is sturdy, very well built, more comfortable than expected and has a great glide. Overall we are very happy with the purchase - I also appreciate that it did not come with a bunch of extra parts and was efficient to assemble. We have several friends who have seen and sat on it who now want to order their own!

not quite as good as I had hoped for the money
Assembly was fine with two people. I am a little disappointed with the finish and will sand and reapply a clear polyurethane. The bench it is replacing had a back that was shaped slightly different and was just a little more comfortable. Overall, it is pleasant to sit in and enjoy being outdoors

This turned out beautiful! It was a little tricky to get the big box around the house but the weight is nice knowing that it isn’t going anywhere. We purchased this as a gift and they love the color and cup holders!! Thank you so much for fast shipping and making our parents so happy!
