Are you kiddin me?
I was very excited when I placed my order. 10 days went by and never received an update on my order status. So I decided to send an email only to received a reply that there was a problem with my order and it was delayed. No one let me know this fact before my message OK, just chalk that off to an innocent mistake. Well then I finally get my order and it’s missing the springs no quality control the order before it went out. So again, I had to send a message with this info. I got a nice apology, but no explanation as to what happened. Very disappointing.

Finally found the best hardware!
The dilemma on how to hang our porch swing resolved!!! The swing was very large (twin mattress size) and heavy. How to hang the swing without pulling down our roof. Secure and a nice, clean look!!!
