Great product and customer service!
I’ve had to contact customer support twice and they have been incredible. I called First to inquire about the different products because I wasn’t quite sure what products I needed. The representative walked me through the order so I got exactly what I needed. I had to call them back because the shipment was missing the hooks for hanging the swing. Taylor sent them with FedEx two day delivery.. she sent me a few emails with updates and confirmation numbers. the quality of the swing and stand are great. A little difficult to put together. But it will last forever.

Better pictures of wood please
The color presented on the site was not accurate. When I got it, the color had more orange coloration. Very well built but now I wish I got a different color.

The porch swing is one of our favorite purchases ever! Good looking plus great for sitting or naps.
5' Swing Bed ... Bad decision
Packages arrived on time and with no damage, upon opening the items I found that I had two right sides of the swing and no left side. I now have a very expensive swing that cannot be assembled there is no communication back from this company and this was a gift for my wife's birthday. The 1 800 number they provide picks up with a recording to tell you there isn't an agent available to help and then automatically disconnects you and my emails have gone unanswered. as you can see in the images I was sent two right sides of the swing making it impossible to assemble. I'm honestly shocked at the reviews given my experience. hopefully someone reaches out soon so I can assemble and Hang my wifes gift! I will update if anyone responds and fixes the issue, as of now I recommend buying from a place that offers customer service and support. as of now I do not recommend, buy at your own risk. Breezy Acres Malvern 6 foot Swing
The first 2 packages came promptly with a bit of a delay in the third. Things like hurricanes tend to mess with schedules and interstate commerce:) The swings come well packed and secure. It will take a minute to unpack it. Once unpacked, putting the swing together is largely a two person job. A mallet or hammer is necessary, and a battery operated power tool speeds things along. Once put together, the swing is heavy with a fit and finish you won’t find at a big box store. Pure quality in every way! As with putting the swing together, hanging the swing is easier with two people. Once hung, the swing is stable and kind of swings itself. Waiting on cushions now……..
Great style and quality
This is our dream swing and it looks amazing in our backyard. Very sturdy and of great quality. We will be staining it ourselves. When the product was shipped, one of the arm piece holes did not align. I had to contact customer service and they acknowledged and shipped the correct piece in 48 hours. I would recommend buying this for a great look and feel.

Misaligned Holes & Poor Instructions.
Pretty frustrating to spend $1200+ on a product and still have to make modifications for it to work. The holes for the lag bolts did not alight on the back-half of the swing, meaning I had to re-drill 8 holes in order to assemble the swing as they were off by over 1/4". If I did not do this, then the deck for the cushion would not be flush. Luckily I am pretty handy so was able to take care of it, but could definitely see where it would cause major issues for someone else. Added about an extra hour of assembly time for me to get everything in alignment. Instructions were not clear, and honestly it's just painted 2x4's. The finished product is sturdy and looks nice, however I would say its worth maybe $600, not $1200.
