Nice sturdy glider that assembled very easily. I ordered it unfinished. It required a fair amount of fine sanding to prep it for stain. The price for the quality was quite fair. Nice size for a smallish area.

We received the bench at the promised time, installed it in about an hour. It looks nice but the color is totally off. We selected gray to match with our navy blue and gray brick but the color is more green.

We really like and enjoy using the glider. It is more durable unit and hardware than one we previously owned. The assembly was fairly simple. Instructions are easy to follow and the design fits together logically. Only problem I experienced during assembly was one of the screws for left arm pushed the receiver nut through. The receiver nut wasn't holding. It has spikes to grip the wood, so I tried tapping in with hammer, but it spun because the hooks were not gripping the wood inside the hole. Was able to use an Allen wrench on back side of receiver nut and tighten the two together, so got through minor problem without contacting customer service. The hardware comes with the Allen wrench and screw bit, which is nice. Glider hardware seems solid. If not for the one screw problem, very satisfied. We got the drink holders, which are handy. We are definitely using this more than our other outside furniture. Glad I purchased.

Love our new glider
We are very pleased with this glider. It looks great and is very quiet. "Requires minor assembly" is an understatement though--be sure you have a socket wrench set and a drill handy. And some of the washers that were provided were the wrong size. I contacted the company and they said that it should take 1 person 15 minutes to assemble it--in your dreams!! My daughter's handy boyfriend and my 2 girls did it in over an hour, since he had to go home for some tools. At one point he had to lift the whole seat part while they inserted some pins that hold it together, so I don't really see how 1 person could do it. It wasn't complicated but did take tools and some time. We love it though and are really thrilled with the purchase!
