Broken Swing & A Million Emails
The swing we purchased arrived severely damaged due to no protective materials being included in the box. I have been forced to send 20-30 emails to customer service to rectify the failed delivery. I have had a failed pick up, after repackaging and relabeling the swing. I still do not have a swing after sending you my money over a month ago. You need to figure out CX. You cannot dropship heavy swings with no protection and expect your “customers” to repair them after they arrive damaged…totally ludicrous. They’re purchasing a finished product, not a project. We’ll see if we actually get a swing to arrive undamaged.

Excellent Product/Amazing Customer Service
Swing is amazing, beautiful craftsmanship. Unfortunately during shipping one of the forward most planks developed a crack near a screw. I sent a picture and inquiry to the company and sort of forgot about it. A week or so later a long tube comes in the mail with a brand new plank and even the drill bit to remove the screws and replace it. I never, ever leave reviews but the experience with this company forced my hand due to how great they are. Thank you!

Shipping was quick. Product arrived undamaged. Assembly was straight forward and simple. I really love this swing and have spent several hours on it already. I have absolutely no complaints. One thing to note, I did have to do some light sanding in order to get the console to close full. This was simply due to how humid it was in my area and the wood apparently swole a wee bit. No big deal, just mentioning for future Shipping was quick. Product arrived undamaged. Assembly was straight forward and simple. I really love this swing and have spent several hours on it already.
