Damaged piece that I'm still waiting to hear if I'll be supplied. If I do get the piece will it have the Thompson's Water Seal on it as well? Chips in wood, screws not fully inserted. Not all holes were pre drilled as the instructions say. Missing a 3 and a 1/2 inch carriage bolt (cheap at hardware store thankfully). I'm sure the glider will be fine when I actually can assemble it and these are easy fixes but feels like this gift was a rush job.

We wanted a glider for our lanai that would be water and weather resistant, and be good looking. We researched several gliders online, and found this model with a drink console. The features were exactly what we wanted. We purchased it, expecting to wait several weeks for delivery. The glider arrived (unassembled, of course) in less than 2 weeks. The boxes appeared to have rough handling during shipment, and 2 parts were damaged. We took photos and submitted a damage report the same day. The company responded almost immediately, and new parts were shipped, without question, right away. We have applied a stain + sealer to the glider, and made our own custom cushions. As we are short, we are next going to build a custom foot rest, also from cedar, to match our glider. We are very pleased with the glider, and extremely pleased with the support of the company. As far as durability of the glider, time will tell; we cannot yet answer to it. Overall, although this glider is a litle more expensive than some others, we are very glad we selected it, and are very pleased with the company and the purchase.

We looked at several gliders on the market. We were sold on this glider: a fold down console and cypress construction, 5 foot in length for our lanai. We had a few questions before purchase, so we sent an e-mail. We got an immediate reply with specific answers to each question. We made the purchase on 1/4/21, and expected a long wait, due to the pandemic. We received our glider on 1/11/21, which was quite fast in our view. 2 parts were damaged - a broken stop behind the seat (for the console when stored), and a chipped and dented piece on one glide support leg. We are pretty certain the damage occurred during shipping, from the look of the boxes. We contacted the company that day, with photos of the damage. No questions were asked, and the parts shipped the next day and arrived on 1/16/21/ (sturdily wrapped). Assembly instructions look too simplified for the parts in this package....but they work if you count parts and hardware carefully and walk through assembly beforehand. We are extremely pleased with the service we received throughout. This company will listen to you, and respond quickly. A joy, when purchasing an item online at these prices. We applied a stain / sealer on our glider, and will soon complete the cushions for it. The only area we are unsure of at this point is how the glider will hold up over time. It seems sturdy, but time will tell. We are very satisfied with this purchase, and recommend this company (we virtually never recommend online stores). Well done!
Comfortable and strong
Gliding motion is very comfortable. I still want to order the matching glider chair to fill the porch with seating.

I've wanted a glider for my porch for awhile. I searched locally and online and choose this one. Very pleased. I ordered it unfinished and intend to paint it once winter is over.
Good for outside
solid glider. assembles easy with the instructions. added a clear coat should be good out on our deck for many years.
Should last a long time
The glider is properly constructed and the slats are thick and not cheap feeling at all. We took our time staining it before final assembly. It will sit on a covered porch and we should get many years out of it.
Cypress glider
This wooden glider is great. I am on the heavier side and it is very comfortable to glide in.

The glider is very well-built and was easy to assemble. It looks great just natural but we are thinking of painting it to match our house.
