Misleading and Overpriced Fabric Samples
I’m extremely disappointed with the fabric sample pricing and misleading product images. Charging $10 for a tiny 3”x3” swatch is outrageous—this is a clear cash grab. If you want customers to invest in your high-ticket products, you should at least make fabric selection reasonable. I’ve already spent $1,000+ on a pine wood swing and am about to spend another $1,000+ on cushions, yet I’m expected to pay an excessive amount just to see a fabric sample. Over $1 per inch is simply not justifiable. On top of that, stop deceiving customers with images that make the sample appear much larger than what’s actually delivered. Have enough respect for your customers and their hard-earned money to show them exactly what they’re getting. It’s frustrating and feels dishonest to people who are making a significant investment in your products. At this price point, I expect a better customer experience, more transparency, and fair pricing. If you value your customers then treat them and their hard earned money with respect.

Poor customer service
I placed an order Oct 8. It never arrived. When I called they had no idea what happened because a tracking number was never assigned. They said they would FedEx a replacement and I would get it in five days. Nine days after it was due I had not received it. I called three times on three different days and left a message because an agent was not available. No one EVER returned my call. Today I chatted online only to find out three of the swatches I ordered were out of stock. No one bothered to notify me prior to this person. AND you charged me for these items before sending them. Makes me wonder what kind of service I’ll get when and if I actually order a mattress and cushions. This is one extremely frustrated and unhappy customer!

I cannot believe that you charge $10 per sample and you send out such a little sample. I have a print sample that you sent me that literally shows just one of the four colors that are on the print. Honestly, it has made me second-guess from your company.

You charge $10. And They are not even the size of a cocktail napkin. We should be able to return them and be reimbursed. They are so small it is very difficult to get an idea of what a Porch swing would look like with the fabric swatch you provide. Disappointed and D dissatisfied!

Overall experience with ordering and getting the product was good. I was disappointed with the samples themselves as some of them did not show a full repeat, therefore, they also did not show all the colors in the fabric. Still moved forward ordering a porch swing and cushion. Just had it installed.
