Spiced Apple Cider Mule
The Spiced Apple Cider Mule is a fall twist on the classic Moscow Mule,
featuring the rich flavors of apple and a hint of warming spices. This cocktail
will give you a warm and cozy feeling on a chilly autumn evening.
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
4 oz apple cider
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz cinnamon simple syrup (recipe below)
Ginger beer
Apple slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish
Cinnamon Simple Syrup:
In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 2
cinnamon sticks. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar
dissolves. Allow it to cool before using. You can store the extra syrup in
the refrigerator for future use.
Instructions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, apple cider, lime juice, and
cinnamon simple syrup.
2. Fill a copper mug or your preferred cocktail glass with ice.
3. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
4. Top it off with ginger beer.
5. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
