Five stars, HOWEVER...
With three men and me standing around the bench ready to install it, it was a surprise and a setback to learn that the swing and the hooks we ordered did not come with the mounting screws. We called this company immediately and they said they stopped providing the screws because each project requires different screws depending on what it is being drilled in to. Plan accordingly. An unexpected drive to Lowe's, HD and Ace can sometimes be frustrating. Either a printed heads-up in the box or a note on the website would have been helpful.

Great swing!
The swing is the perfect material. I don’t have to worry about damage from the elements over time which is really nice. It’s exactly as pictured, but one thing I’ll say is the cushions don’t come with covers so if they get dirty you need to spot clean the entire cushion. For the price I would’ve expected covers which is the reason for the 4 stars. I did have issues with the first swing I bought, but the company was able to help me return the original swing and sent me a new one very quickly. Which was great! Overall I love the swing. Would buy from this company again.

We found the perfect product
The construction was beyond our expectations. Totally and properly reinforced with aluminum angle-iron. Very impressive. Easy to assemble. The only disappointment was the cushions we ordered are just that, cushions. They will need covers if you want to keep them clean.
