The cushion is well made and fits the glider perfectly./ The pattern and colors are even nicer than on the website.
Soooo, we love our swing! The cushion I ordered was the wrong size. There was no packing slip, or any way to return it. I have bought another cushion, because I needed it right away. I have been calling the toll free number, only to find out they work by email only. So I have emailed the company. The cost of the cushion was expensive, so I am counting on an easy return process. Thank You!
We’ve only had a chance to use it once due to heat and rain, but we’ve enjoyed it and look forward to more chances to use it.
First of all I accidentally ordered the wrong size. It as for a 4 ft swing. It’s too short, than sent it backchat and got a 5 ft one that was too long. Ended u opening and cut a couple of inches off the cushion it selves. All is well. Thank you. Loving the brightness of the colors and very comfortable.
We choose the Azul Floral and are happy with our selection. It was hard to tell the complete fabric design based on the little swatch box but it turned out working well.

Shipping and Returns
This product ships via ground service with common carriers like UPS or FedEx from Texas. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your product will arrive between 1 and 5 Business days after it ships. Due to the heavy duty nature of our items we do not offer expedited shipping options.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many products, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. Please inspect the box and contents to ensure there is no damage done due to delivery. In the event there is damage do not refuse the package (Learn more about our Shipment Refusal Process), instead please contact us immediately so we may process a damage claim with the manufacturer. Often times we can simply ship a single replacement part and won't have to ship a complete replacement product to remedy the issue. We may require photos of the damage. In many cases, the shipper may want to inspect or pick up the damaged product and packaging. We ask you to keep the product and all associated packaging should the shipper choose to inspect or pick up the product.
Please note all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order.
In all cases of damaged, defective and incorrect shipments, we will gladly replace the product and the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange. If you decide you do not want the correctly ordered product, parts or a replacement unit, your order can be returned under our Standard Return Policy.
