After searching online in vain for four 60 x 19 inch cushions for a arbor bench with two facing seats, that I needed for a party six weeks away, I found American manufacturer Blazing Needles' products on The Porch Swing Company web site. These cushions were promised for 10 to 15 days after the order was placed, in contrast with the 3 to 5 months, competitors obviously reliant on Chinese resources required for delivery. I found fabric pattern perfect for my setting, ordered the cushions, and received four beautiful, well-made cushions as promised. I am delighted, and will keep Blazing Needles and The Porch Swing companies in mind for future similar needs.

It is beautiful, looks great, sits comfortably, fits swing nicely; the only complaint is that there is a deep crease where cushion was folded for shipping. Hopefully, time will help correct this.

Shipping and Returns
This product ships via ground service with common carriers like UPS or FedEx from Texas. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your product will arrive between 1 and 5 Business days after it ships. Due to the heavy duty nature of our items we do not offer expedited shipping options.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many products, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. Please inspect the box and contents to ensure there is no damage done due to delivery. In the event there is damage do not refuse the package (Learn more about our Shipment Refusal Process), instead please contact us immediately so we may process a damage claim with the manufacturer. Often times we can simply ship a single replacement part and won't have to ship a complete replacement product to remedy the issue. We may require photos of the damage. In many cases, the shipper may want to inspect or pick up the damaged product and packaging. We ask you to keep the product and all associated packaging should the shipper choose to inspect or pick up the product.
Please note all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order.
In all cases of damaged, defective and incorrect shipments, we will gladly replace the product and the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.
