Replaced porch loveseat
The loveseat on our porch had finally reached the end of it's life. I was thrilled when my husband said we could hang a swing. Looks some welcoming and very comfortable. We did order the cushion at the same time as ordering the swing. Fits perfect but did ship separately.

Fantastic Swing and Heroic Customer Service
This swing was not my first choice. I ordered another model but a few days later a PayPal notification of a refund popped up in my email. This was immediately followed by an email--a personal email!-- from a lovely woman with Porch Swing Store customer service apologizing profusely that the swing I ordered had been damaged in preparation for shipping and it was the last one. She explained she'd tried to get another from the manufacturer. I was impressed. Most customer service is anything but service and if they contact you it's with a form email. I wrote back expressing an interest in this model swing but said i was concerned that there was no picture of where the hanging hardware attaches. I didn't want one where the hardware attaches to the arms because then you can't rest your arm on the arm.. The service rep sent me a different picture of this swing that shows the hardware on the side where it won't interfere with the arm. She expedited my delivery and I couldn't be happier. This swing is so comfortable. It has the perfect combination of wide arms and deep seat. It is also extremely well made with an invisible but really sturdy metal frame. This is a great swing at a good price from an excellent company.
Superior and So Comfortable
I absolutely love my new swing. I ordered it in Moss color. It is so pretty. I had 2 wooden swings on my porch in the past...but they didn't hold up. I had purchased them from a local store. After ordering this all weather wicker swing and seeing it. I LOVE IT !!! And I am going to order another one in Moss also. I love this Company and it's products. It is so comfortable also.
Couldn't be happier with my new swing and my husband liked the fact that it fit the existing hooks in the porch ceiling and came fully assembled.

Balanced & Beautiful! Ordered for our SML lake home and delivery came promptly on the weekend we were there. Swing came assembled, easily hung perfectly on our deck trellis. We especially like the plastic sleeve covering on the chains for extra protection to the weather elements and protection from being too hot to touch on a summer day. We purchased another wicker swing from another website and it came in three parts. We knew after putting it together it wouldn't hold up for the long term. This one is a solid one piece frame and came ready to hang out of the box.

This product ships via ground with common carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your product will arrive between 1 and 5 Business days after it leaves the warehouse.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many products, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. Please inspect the box and contents to ensure there is no damage done due to delivery. In the event there is damage do not refuse the package (Learn more about our Shipment Refusal Process), instead please contact us immediately so we may process a damage claim with the manufacturer. Often times we can simply ship a single replacement part and won't have to ship a complete replacement product to remedy the issue. We may require photos of the damage. In many cases, the shipper may want to inspect or pick up the damaged product and packaging. We ask you to keep the product and all associated packaging should the shipper choose to inspect or pick up the product.
Please note all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order.
In all cases of damaged, defective and incorrect shipments, we will gladly replace the product and the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange. If you decide you do not want the correctly ordered product, parts or a replacement unit, your order can be returned under our Standard Return Policy.
If your order is shipping by Curb-side Delivery please note the important instructions below.
Larger items will be shipped via freight truck and will include curbside delivery service. We use multiple national companies, and some local companies, to provide freight deliveries. Once the items reach your local terminal you will be called to set a delivery date. Usually, this is about 24 hours in advance of delivery. Delivery must be taken within 48 hours of initial contact otherwise storage fees will apply. Most freight truck companies operate on a Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule.
Freight deliveries will require a signature and an adult over the age of 18 be present for the delivery. Freight deliveries will arrive, in most cases, in a full size 53 feet tractor trailer truck, (such as long haul trucks you might see on the freeway system) and will be delivering your order to the curb at the end of your driveway. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us at the time of order if your delivery location has potential limited access issues. In the event the truck cannot reach your location to complete your curbside delivery you would be responsible for any re-delivery charges incurred. It is your responsibility to receive your item(s) off of the truck and into/placed around your home. This service does not include liftgate, set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
We understand that things change; maybe you've moved. Perhaps you've dropped the landline phone, and gone wireless only, or maybe you've gotten a new cell phone number. Many folks forget to update their contact phone when these events happen, and it can greatly complicate your delivery. It is critical that your phone number is valid and correct. Without a valid phone number your delivery appointment can't be scheduled and your order delivered. If we are unable to reach you to schedule your delivery appointment, your order will be returned in accordance with our Standard Return Policy.
It is customer's responsibility to check that all PACKAGES are accounted for and product and/or carton is free of damage before signing delivery receipt - specific product damage must be notated. If inspection cannot be done in a reasonable amount of time the customer must notate "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" before signing for the waybill. If the above notation or specific damage is not stated on the waybill, we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order.
After contacting us to process a return and get you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you will need to prepare your item for shipment. Wrap and pack the product(s) you wish to return carefully. All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Otherwise additional charges may be applied or may make your product(s) nonreturnable. Make sure the package is fully sealed before shipping. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. Credits will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and process your return, which can take up to 7 Business days.
