Worst Company Ever

They sent me 2 pillows that were $100 each that had a different pattern of the fabric on them. When I complained, they said sorry not returnable. Every manufacturer knows their patterns need to match, as is evident on their sets of 2 that are not custom.

Shipping and Returns

This product ships via ground service with common carriers like UPS or FedEx from Georgia. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your product will arrive between 1 and 5 Business days after it ships. Due to the heavy duty nature of our items we do not offer expedited shipping options.

Return Policy

This is a Custom Made item and it is non-returnable. Cancellation of custom made products are not permitted after 14 days of order placement due to the material and fabrication process being initiated.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

All products should be inspected immediately upon delivery. Should customer notice any damage or defects, we ask that photos be taken of the issue and be emailed to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will then work with the manufacturer to have the issue remedied.
